Refund Policy for NREXORA - Print-On-Demand Apparel Store
Thank you for shopping with us!
All of our products—including shorts, t-shirts, hoodies, jumpers, shirts, joggers, leggings, dresses and hats—are made-to-order specifically for you. This means we can't accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. We want every item you receive to be perfect. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To process your claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send us clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund for the faulty product.
Exeptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the faulty item you have, and once the issue is confirmed and the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Time Limit for Claims
To ensure we can assist you efficiently, any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@nrexora.co. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at return@nrexora.co.
Important Notes
- Please check your order carefully upon receipt.
- Customization errors from customer-provided details (e.g., wrong size or design) are not eligible for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at return@nrexora.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: provided by NRexora Return Team.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Europe (EU countries, UK included)
- EU law gives customers a 14-day “cooling-off” period for most online purchases, but this does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.
- Since your apparel is made-to-order (customized for the buyer), NRexora do not have to accept returns for change of mind.
- However, faulty or damaged items are still covered under consumer protection laws. Reporting within 7 days of delivery is reasonable and widely accepted.
