All of our apparel is made-to-order. Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow extra time for production before shipping.

Order Fulfillment

All products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, ensuring high-quality apparel and accurate customization. While Printful handles production and shipping, any questions about your order—such as tracking, faulty or damaged items, or missing packages—should be directed to us at info@nrexora.co. We work closely with Printful to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • As all items are custom-made, please allow extra time for processing before shipping.
  • Products are shipped once they have been processed by our fulfillment partner.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Occasionally, shipping carriers may charge customs duties or taxes (for EU/USA orders). NRexora is not responsible for it. Customers are responsible for these extra fees.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£). If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your payment may be processed in your local currency (such as EURO or USD $) at the current exchange rate. Currency conversions are handled by your payment provider, and we are not responsible for any differences in exchange rates or additional bank fees. Please note that prices displayed on the website for customers in the United States or European countries may already appear in your local currency. In such cases, your bank or payment provider will typically process the transaction using live exchange rates without additional charges. Any mention of possible extra fees is provided as a precaution and may not apply in most cases.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

Important Notes

  • All items are made-to-order; we do not hold stock. Please double-check your size and customization details before placing an order. NRexora is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size, item number, design selection, wrong shipping address or for simply changes of mind after purchase.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
